FLYTTE The best couch deals are on Facebook Marketplace and Trade Me, but getting it home is the hard part. FLYTTE books a crew to collect the couch from the seller's address and carry it into your place. You do not need to be at the pickup, and you see the price before you book.
How a Marketplace pickup works
Agree the sale and pay the seller directly, then book FLYTTE with the seller's address as the pickup and yours as the drop-off. Let the seller know when the crew is coming and ask them to have the couch somewhere easy to reach.
If you can not be at the seller's place, that is fine. Add the seller's name and number in the pickup contact so the crew can call them when they arrive.
Check it before you book
Ask the seller for the measurements and a photo of any marks, and check the couch will fit through your door. It is much easier to sort out before the day than on the doorstep.
If the couch has a sofa bed mechanism or recliner parts, ask the seller whether they all work. The crew moves the couch as it is and can not check how it works.
Prices
Real couch jobs booked through FLYTTE have a median price of about $119, and most land between about $106 and $152. The price depends on the distance between the two addresses, the size of the couch, stairs at either end, and whether you need one mover or two. Your exact price is shown before you book, worked out from your actual addresses.
