FLYTTE This one was a king bed mattress and a double-door fridge, going from Takanini to Manurewa in August 2026. The customer booked it online and saw the full price before paying.
The move
It's about a 4km drive. Two movers handled it.
Tips if you are moving the same things
Fridges and freezers should be emptied and switched off the day before, with the door left open to dry out. Once it arrives, let it stand upright for a few hours before switching it back on.
Strip the bed and take the frame apart before moving day if you can. Keep the bolts in a bag taped to the headboard so nothing goes missing.
