FLYTTE In August 2026, someone needed a double-door fridge moved from East Tāmaki to Papatoetoe, and booked it on FLYTTE in a couple of minutes.
The move
The run was roughly 6km door to door. Two movers handled it.
A tip if you are moving the same thing
Fridges and freezers should be emptied and switched off the day before, with the door left open to dry out. Once it arrives, let it stand upright for a few hours before switching it back on.
